Lourdes Uranday is a Human Resources Consultant and business partner with Consultrex, Inc. where she serves as VP and CFO. She possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management and has over 25 years of experience as a HR Executive in both private and public sectors.  Having sat on “both sides of the table”, she is also experienced in union collective bargaining agreements and negotiations and has served employers from “start-up”, to working for employers with over 3000 employees throughout Central California. She serves the Central Valley and most of Northern California businesses through the Valley Sierra SBDC, San Joaquin Co. SBDC, as well as the Sacramento Valley SBDC.
