Lourdes Uranday is the HR Principal Consultant and CEO with Lourdes Uranday Consulting, and founder of the non-profit, Be Anything Museum and business resource center, where she serves as Executive Director. She has been instrumental in helping businesses with over $3.0MM in grant funding. She possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management and has over 25 years of experience as an HR Executive in corporate America with businesses such as Foster Farms, Dole, Con Agra Foods and a Tier 1 provider to Tesla.

Committed to the business community, she has served on the Greater Stockton Employer Advisory Council Board, Central Valley Hispanic Chamber, as Board Secretary, and
President Elect of the Central Valley SHRM. Lourdes is the founder of the Stanislaus County Employer Advisory Council and was awarded the 2021 Outstanding EAC Chairperson award
from the California EAC. She now serves as the VP Region 3 for the California Employer Advisory Council.

She was honored as a Community Champion by the Association of Funding Professionals and was selected as a 2025 Outstanding Woman by the Stanislaus County Commission for Women.

Lourdes is an excellent resource for business start-ups, HR employment law updates, staffing, grant writing, training, and business consulting and serves Small Business Development Centers (SBDC’s) throughout Central Valley and Northern California.
